Cancellation Policy
- 30 days before the Arrival date will be charged 25%.
- 15 Days before the arrival will be charged 50% of the paid amount.
- 10 Days before the arrival will be charged 100% of the paid amount.
Payment schedule
- 50% to be paid at the time of booking
- Total payment to be made 60 days prior to departure date from India
Note
- Room & Rates are subject to Availability at time of booking confirmation.
- 5% GST will be applicable on Total billing.
- Rates are correctly published, but in case of any increase imposed by the Government on any services included in the program; Luxxata Holidays will have the right to increase its rates accordingly.
- Sightseeing in Cairo is based on private basis and on joining basis during the Nile cruise.
- The Nile Cruise program can be changed without prior notice due to navigational circumstances.
- Check-in and check-out times are per international regulations.
- Published rates are valid only for Indian clients who have Indian, Sri Lankan passports.
- The Agency is able to handle all complaints of the Tour Operator’s and clients only if advised during guest stay. No complains will be handled after the final departure.

- Grant-of visa is solely at the discretion of a particular country’s Immigration Authority and we does not hold any responsibility for any visa rejection to traveler.
- Standard hotel check-in time 1400 hours to 1600 hours and check out 1000 hours to 1200 hours. All sightseeing tours are subject to road, weather, political conditions at a respective destination
